SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:
Sales and Revenue Responsibility.
Meeting Yearly / Monthly Sales target through co-ordination with Retailer Showrooms and Direct sales.
Business planning to ensure that Sales targets are achieved and the cost of achieving the same is within budget.
Business Development by identifying new segments to maximise sales.
Training of the frontline Retailers sales teams.
Designing Incentive and Promotion schemes to motivate the Retailer sales teams.
Will be given the additional charge of developing and rolling out the Used car business nationally within Africa.

Must have handeled service operations field in the automobile industry.
Good customer orientation, Exposure to Service and Parts Operations for a territory or state, Dealer Management, People Management.
