Responsibilities (What will you be responsible for?)
o Identifying prospective clients, cold calling, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability.
o Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major clientele, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.
o Ideally marketing and networking in the construction, architecture, interiors and other allied industries
Attributes (What you should have?)
o Should have a background within B2B sponsorship sales and space selling
o Should have a network and know-how of the publishing industry operations
o Should be a confident individual with inherent marketing skills and business sense
o Understanding about publishing & events industry
o Experience of working with a reputed conferences and event management company would be an advantage
o Cultured and aggressive achiever with pressure handling ability
o Should be comfortable talking to celebrity professionals
Role (What will you do?)
o You will have to identify prospective clients, understand their marketing strategy and set-up meetings
o You will be required to generate sponsorship revenue and sell advertising spaces by integrating our business verticals of Publishing, Digital and Conferences.
o You will need to spot new business opportunities, cross sell and work to refresh and develop existing clients.
o You will be required to arrange contra-deals to aid in the marketing of the events.
o You will have to continuously network and service the client for all their business needs
o Making tax invoices, collections, payment follow-ups and all other sales support activities to be undertaken
Specifications
o B.Com / Bachelors in Management Studies (BMS) / Bachelors in Mass Media ( BMM) graduate
o Age not more than 28 years
o 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing & sales and related industry
o Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
o Willing to travel
