Job Description:

• Alliance Management:
o Working closely with key alliances to build Go To Market strategy
• Identification of alliance partners for content acquisition & technology platform for verticals for mutual benefit and bringing them on board for partnerships under various revenue models on Web portal
• Responsible for achieving targeted/projected pageviews and laying down advertising strategy on the overall content on the portal
• Marketing – Work closely with the marketing team for online and offline campaigns for brand positioning, recall and brand awareness through SEO,SEM,banners,email &other forms of online marketing
• Content acquisition and syndication : Responsible for content acquisition and closure of deals globally through negotiating revenue sharing arrangement with media content partners.
• Product strategy:- Assist in Strategic Planning, Conception & Implementation of new broadband content & services across platforms
• Responsible for market analysis and identifying strategic partners for mutual benefit.
• Responsible to developing new AD & subscriptions Revenue Streams/models and Strategic Product Development.
• Conducting market research and surveys for business analysis purposes. Researching on market trends, competitor analysis and current market share in improving the sales by setting standards
• Acting as a single point of contact for contract fulfillment by coordinating and implementing partner benefits in various alliance programmes
o Portfolio also includes alliance relationship management with inputs from the sales teams for key engagements and marketing opportunities
• Responsible for market analysis and identifying strategic partners for mutual benefit.
• Coordination with internal Management-technology, production and Ad sales team.
• Conducting feasibility studies for new ventures .
o Building customer intimacy through specialized activities (like joint events with alliance partners, Customer Summit, etc)
o Collaborating with units within the organization for internal events.
• Defining target audience
• Positioning appropriate solution to address business pain areas.
 Planning and execution of sales promotion activities and merchandising in assigned area.
 Media Planning—Both below the line and above the line. Continuous innovation in promotional activities, new product development, pricing, consumer research etc. Coordination with ad agencies for day to day marketing operations.
 Managing brand through advertising, creative promotions and continuous enhancement of customer value through easy availability of products, better benefits and effective visibility at the retail level.
 Developing new trade channels to build product awareness and increase market share.
 Review and Analysis: Quarterly and yearly budgeting exercises with the team with monthly reviews to ensure objectives are met

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent Communication & Interpersonnel Skills,
Responsible to do various alliances to make the product visibile into the market,
4 to 5 Years of relevant experience into Alliances.
Should have broad understanding of ISP/VAS services & target market,
Exposure into Brand Mngt, Product Development, Market Research/Analysis.
