Job Description:
Review compliances under specific reqTS of Co’S Act & SEBI under the Listing Agreements, etc. including liaising with NSDL, Share Transfer Registrars, Stock Exchanges, etc.Assisting IA team FORInternal Audit & Risk MGMT reviews,& CORP GOVERNANCE FUNC CS, Below 35 yrs.Should have expert knowledge of Corporate laws & Capital Market Regs e.g. SEBI, Banking laws & NBFC laws Should have very good working knowledge of FEMA, FDI guidelines, RBI guidelines, Public trust Act, HUFs and Succession laws.

Desired Candidate Profile:
DesCS, Below 35 yrs.Should have expert knowledge of Corporate laws & Capital Market Regs e.g. SEBI, Banking laws & NBFC laws
