Job Description :
Key job responsibilities
In this position you will:
Acquire and maintain a hands-on knowledge of the complete ETAS product line with a focus on test & validation tools.
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the customer applications and use cases. Utilize this understanding for enhancing the customer’s efficiency and for providing optimized solutions to customer issues.
Support the post-sales cycle through technical assistance, trouble shooting, coaching, and training.
Support the pre-sales cycle through technical assistance, like demonstrations and support in evaluation projects.
Act as the first contact for all customer support calls / contacts.
Track customer calls and ensure a timely closure of these calls.
Qualifications
Excellent understanding of principles of embedded control, real time systems & hardware-in-the-loop simulation is mandatory.
Previous work in the automotive embedded controls environments desired.
Excellent interpersonal skills; customer interaction experience is beneficial.
Object oriented MS Windows Software development is a basic requirement
A desire for continuous self-improvement is essential in this role to support ETAS’ mission to become the preferred partner for automotive embedded system development.
Flexibility for traveling to customers in India and occasional visits to ETAS headquarter in Germany.
