Job Description:
Get familiarity with Lincoln Helios (India) Ltd., (LHI) systems & products. Get familiarity with Lincoln St Louis (LStL) products in detail. Undergo training at St Louis & absorb the engineering knowledge thoroughly. Return to LHI & work on new product development. Ensure development in a time bound cost effective manner to the satisfaction of St.Louis personnel. On line sharing / teleconferences with LStL. Periodic reports to St Louis. Coordination with Lincoln Germany if necessary. Carry on the development cycle steps: design – 3D modeling, analysis, verification, prototyping, validation, pilot batch mfg, documentation – 2D drgs, etc. Manage vendors & mfg processes for the proto components, if necessary. Visit to LStL as necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Hands-on experience in Mech Engg design or Hydraulic product design such as pump / valve, Development using CAD tools, Knowledge of Pneumatics if possible. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong innovative and concept designing skills. Exposure to Hydraulics & Pneumatics will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel to worldwide Lincoln Units for training. Initiative and decision making skills.
