Job Description:
Handling listings, statutory compliance & legal matters of the company

Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidate should be qualified ACS with minimum 8 years experience of which atleast 2 years experience in a listed company including listing experience at a strategy & planning level. Additional qualification of CA/LLB preferred.
