Will be inducted and trained to work as a Team Leader in our BPO operations. Coordination of the BPO projects for our US clients.
Ensuring that the project assigned to you is functioning as per the client specifications and all the members.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Experience: 0 – 1 Years
Education: B.Tech/B.E.
Oversee the QC function of the project Provide training to new team members. Interact with the US client and take their feedback on any process issues.
