Job Description :
-Call Monitoring & Coaching
-Call barging & Training agents on grammar & pronunciation when needed
-Enhance the Listening & Customer handling skills of executives
-Develop confidence in agents communication
-Neutralize accent & Refresher Training
Main Roll : trainer , voice , accent , training , ites , bpo , kpo , travel , coach , customer , service , operations

Desired Candidate Profile :
-Passion for Training & Personal Discipline
-Should be exposed to Call monitoring / V&A / Soft-skills training
-Call center experience must
-Open to Night shifts & 24/7 environment
-Strong Verbal & Written Communication skills
-Vision in Training.
